Keep the arms straight in the straight position parallel to your ears. Have normal breathing and then lift your back and head with roll up the arms from the ears and touch forehead on the knees and hold the leg fingers with your hand fingers. Crunches are very good choice and when you perform sit-up crunch, it mainly target the lower abs area. Sit on the mat and then lean back slowly. Then, lift the feet from the ground and then move the one side of the body to the other side and keep the core of the muscle strong.
